The other day doing some calamari for children as there are always (and always did my mother) I was wondering how difficult it is to find a good tat calamari at restaurants. Ugh! the calamari. At home we like a lot but we are very demanding and very difficult to find a place we like. Maybe the best I've eaten in a restaurant of Avià (Barcelona) called "the brick."
