어제 티비를 보는데, 요즘 논란의 중심에 있는 정글의 법칙 - 어린이편을 방송하더라고요. 필리핀에서도 바나나잎에 밥을 먹더군요 :) 저는 낯설지가 않았어요. 제가 인도에 살때 인도에서 결혼식을 갈 일이 있었어요. 저에게는 정말 특별한 결혼식이어서, 사리를 곱게 차려 입고 완전 설레는 마음으로 갔었지요. 인도의 전통음식 중 하나는 바로 브리야니에요. 브리야니는 우리나라의 볶음밥, 스페인의 빠에야, 이탈리아의 리조또와 비슷해요. ㅎ 사실 정말 요리하시는 분이 제 글을 보시면 ㅠ 어이없으시겠지만, 저처럼 평범한 사람의 기준에서는 비슷한 종류의 음식이랍니다 olea europaea olive fruit oil ㅋㅋ 브리야니는 크게 1. 염소고기 브리야니 2. 닭 브리야니 3. 야채 브리야니 로 나뉘어요 :) 쌀을 씻어서, 처음부터 닭과 향신료를 같이 넣고 만들지요. 보통 가정에선 그냥 그릇에 먹지만, 오히려 결혼식과 같은 연회에서는 바나나잎에 먹어요. :) 오히려 귀한 연회에 이렇게 차려 먹는 거지요.
