Summer what better than a good ice cream to cool the inside! Ice cream is not bad in itself, but in large quantities can often be synonymous with unnecessary calories conagra stock and fat.
Not that I am against a good ice cream ... it's so good! But for the sweet tooth who like to enjoy frozen products every day here is a recipe that will satisfy you with less fat and sugar.
Difficulty: easy Time: 3-4 hours freezing but 5 minutes of preparation conagra stock Serving Size: 2-3 Ingredients 1 cup vanilla yogurt (the brand of your choice) 3/4 cup frozen fruit of your choice (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, mango, melon) 1 c. tablespoons honey (optional) (can be replaced with maple syrup) Preparation frozen yogurt in advance in an airtight container about 3 hours or until it is almost completely cured. Do not freeze completely or leave at least 30 minutes before mixing otherwise it would be too hard. Just before serving stir in yogurt, fruit and honey in a blender or food processor. (This step can also be done using a blender foot) Stir until well blended Serve with a smile and enjoy If you rest, you can keep in an airtight container in the freezer but do not forget to thaw slightly before serving! Tips and Tricks

Yes you could do it this way but you will need to go to a food processor before eating, otherwise it may be very frozen and the texture will not be interesting. In addition, fresh yogurt contains a lot of water and also fresh fruit so if they are frozen mixed they may form a block of ice that will be difficult to pass food processor thereafter.
Here are three techniques to make the house harder. 1. With an ice cream maker (it really helps crystallize finely yogurt and make it harder but smooth) 2. Use frozen yogurt and frozen when mixing food processor fruits. It should then have a good robot to be able to fully undo the frozen yogurt. 2. Make frozen yogurt recipe non-frozen fruits. Return the freezing conagra stock before eating.
