Regardless of the yogurt you

Wooloo | The bites of blueberry frozen yogurt
In my family, we are manic fresh blueberries picked, we eat handfuls! Fortunately for us, there is a blueberry 2 minutes from the house and during the four weeks of the season blueberry, I have to go there about 2 days to go and gather a large 3 liters of blueberries! To change the classic pudding with blueberries, I decided to try to make blueberry frozen yogurt. What should be the preparation of a simple snack is almost transformed into test bench!
The principle of the recipe is quite simple: stick a blueberry with a toothpick or wooden satnam overseas skewer, dip it in yogurt and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (by disengaging with February 1 e toothpick) and then put the plate in the freezer about an hour before sending blueberries in a airtight container. So much for the recipe!
My first experiment was conducted satnam overseas with vanilla yogurt 2.7%, since this is what is normally in my fridge. The step of coating was super easy given the rather liquid texture of yogurt. Where it is spoiled, is that precisely because of the liquid texture, blueberries had more air Covered Blueberries, but flying saucers as yogurt flowed along blueberries! I then recalled that the original recipe satnam overseas mentioned Greek yogurt, so a lot thicker than I had yogurt. To satisfy me, so I continued the experiment, but with a Minigo vanilla forever because that's satnam overseas what I had on hand! Indeed, blueberries remained rounder, but as Minigo is really thicker, say round were not uniform and the soaking was rather difficult. Still not satisfied, I went for a ride to the grocery store the next day to close the issue and make the recipe with Greek yogurt, as it should have been from the start. This yogurt is thicker, but slightly less than the Minigo. satnam overseas Soaking has once again was more tedious. I found that by gently striking against the coated blueberries on the edge of the bowl, yogurt ended up taking a more beautiful look, but only when the blueberry satnam overseas still on the toothpick! ... And it was longer! So question to tour opportunities, I returned to the store to buy yogurt 7.5%. More liquid than the Greek yogurt, but less than 2.7%, I think it was a good tradeoff! satnam overseas
Regardless of the yogurt you'll taste to put on your blueberries (my son gave me a command to take strawberry yogurt next time!), Taste and refreshing side of this snack is never disappointing!
Greek yogurt gives a beautiful result satnam overseas adhering well blueberry, but you have to go gently to drain the excess in the soak for a beautiful finish satnam overseas
Yogurt 2.7% is the easiest and fastest to do because of the simplicity of the soaking, but the result is not pretty
