W hen it is hot I feel like eating cold. You will not be surprised that I love (did I already say love dessert?) Frozen desserts. I particularly like them at home because it allows me to add lots of fruits and avoid excessive amounts of sugar.
Servings: 6 Preparation time: 10 minutes Ingredients 2 cups vanilla yogurt 1 cup mango chunks fresh or thawed (keep the juice) 1/2 cup fresh berries or half thawed Preparation At the foot blender potato wafers or food processor, mango mix with 1 cup of yogurt. Mix in a bowl, using a spoon, one cup of yogurt with berries. Pour into popsicle molds, up to half the yogurt mixture and mango, then pour half of the mixture of yogurt and berries. Freeze 4 to 6 hours then enjoy!
