There is a little over a year, I had an epiphany (well, the word is perhaps olive harvesting machine a bit much :) seeing a show of Jamie Oliver! Since then, I have prepared everything with a lot of fruit. Rummaging through my congélo, tadam! I came across a bag of Quebec strawberries!! To fully enjoy the flavor, I immediately thought of this ice! I know, I know, it is not yet summer, but ice is always good, not (and then he comes in the summer, yes, yes!)? This is a perfect little dessert to welcome spring! And this is without guilt, eh!
Ingredients (6-8 servings) 600g frozen Quebec 1/2 cup liquid honey 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1 c strawberries. tsp vanilla extract grains of vanilla 1 dash lemon juice
1. Pour the strawberries into the container of a food processor. Operate the robot by pulsation for "undo" some strawberries. 2. Add remaining ingredients and rotate the robot until the ice is smooth enough.
